training course which will take place at their own operating outlet.  The 
training course will involve the franchisee in all aspects of store management
and actual day to day business encounters.

On premise training, including personal involvement in all functions will ensure
the continued success of the franchise.  This in-depth training program offers
participation and experience into store management not found in the artificial
world of the classroom.

The personal involvement of the franchisee in the day to day operations is
highly advisable.  It has been proven time and time again that the on-premise
owner/operator generates and maintains a far greater degree of product quality
and attentive service consistency.

A vital ingredient of training and ongoing assistance is provided by the 
"Operations Manual", prepared by Lil' Miss Muffins.  This manual will be a 
continual source of practical guidelines to daily operating procedures, codes
and staff management.

completion of the formal training course.
