Lil' Miss Muffins appreciates the importance of site selection. An on site
inspection of the proposed area will be done prior to final approval.
Experienced leasing personal will make recommendations and when completely
satisfied with a specific location, shall negotiate a lease to be signed and
guaranteed by the franchisee. Lil' Miss Muffins will seek only high traffic
locations. The ideal store size for a Lil' Miss Muffins operation will be
approximately 600-1500 square feet. This preference however, may vary
where warranted by the location.
